Thessaloniki beans are white in colour, flattened, large-grained and rounded at the ends. In recent years, it has been imported especially from Kyrgyzstan. Thessaloniki beans are mostly grown around Erzincan. It is very rich in protein, vitamins A-C, potassium and calcium. It can be preferred in sports nutrition.
