Einkorn bulgur is the name given to a type of bulgur grown in Turkey and around the world in France, Morocco and Yugoslavia. In addition, considering its history, it is thought to be the first type of wheat to be domesticated. It is rich in B1, B2, B6, B12 and folic acid. It is an important nutritional source for pregnant women and children.
