Green Lentil Pastry

- 6 sheets of dough
- 1 glass of water Milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 glass of soda
- 1 cup boiled Damla Green Lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
- Black pepper,

- Flakes
- Salt
- 1 egg
- Black cumin
We chop the onions and sauté them in oil. After adding the boiled lentils and frying for a while, we continue to fry the tomato paste and spices together. After five minutes, we remove it from the stove and let it cool. We prepare a sauce to spread between the dough by mixing milk, oil and soda in a bowl. We spread the dough on top of each other and divide it into four equal parts. We spread sauce on each piece of phyllo and fold it in half to form a triangle. We put the lentil filling on the wide part, fold the edges inwards and wrap it in a roll shape. We apply sauce to all the phyllo dough in the same way, fold them, add the filling, wrap them and place them on the baking tray. We brush it with egg yolk, sprinkle black cumin seeds and bake it in a preheated oven at two hundred degrees until golden brown.
