Osmancık Rice grows in Thrace and Black Sea regions in Turkey. It is used in the preparation of foods such as olive oil stuffing and rice pudding other than rice. Rice contains vitamins and minerals such as niacin, vitamin B, vitamin D, calcium, iron, fibre, thiamine and riboflavin. Thanks to these vitamins and minerals, it increases body resistance and strengthens the immune system.
