- 3 cups of Drop Bulgur Raw Meatballs
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 small tomatoes
- Half bunch of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Red pepper flakes
- Half a tablespoon of isot
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Cumin
- Lemon
- Lettuce
We put our bulgur on one half of our tray. While we keep the bulgur on one side of the tray, we thoroughly knead the ingredients in the other half, namely grated tomato, spices, tomato paste, grated onion and garlic. Then we continue kneading by adding bulgur little by little. When we mix it all together and realize that it has reached the consistency of meatballs, we add finely chopped parsley and knead it some more.
