Hummus

- 2 and a half cups boiled Damla Chickpea Ram
- Half a tea glass of tahini
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Half a teaspoon of cumin
- Half a tea glass of water

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Red powdered pepper
- Sumac
Peel the boiled chickpeas and put them in the rondo. After being crushed in the rondo, the lid is opened. Add lemon juice, tahini, grated garlic, water, salt and cumin and stir again until it reaches the consistency of cream. The prepared hummus mixture is placed on a serving plate. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over it and sprinkle red pepper powder and sumac. The prepared hummus can be served with parsley and pickles.
