- 200 gr. Damla Ashura Wheat
- 200 gr. veal
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 onions
- Salt
- Black pepper
Boil the wheat until it is well opened and split. The cooking time for our meal is approximately four hours. When the wheat starts to split, we chop the meat and throw it into boiling water. While the meat is boiling, we clean the foam that accumulates on the water. Otherwise, your food will taste bitter. We chop the onions into small pieces. We melt the butter in the pot. We fry the chopped onions in butter. Add the roasted onions into the kashk and mix. We add the cooked meat and mix again. We recommend that you do the mixing process by crushing the wheat and meat. We add salt and black pepper. We make our meal ready by mixing it one last time…
