Strained Green Lentil Soup

- 1 cup of Green Lentils
- 6 glasses of water
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- Half a teaspoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tea glass of water
- Salt
We put the lentils and water in a deep pot and put it on the stove. We turn the heat on to medium heat. We peel the potatoes and onions, cut them into a few pieces and put them in the pot. We boil all the ingredients. While the soup ingredients are boiling, we roast the flour in a pan and let it cool. We dissolve the flour in a glass of water until there are no lumps. We add the flour and water mixture into the lentil-potato mixture and continue boiling. We add lemon juice, salt and cumin and continue to boil. We take our thick soup from the stove. We put it in the blender and crush all the ingredients. We melt the butter in a pan and add the chili pepper. We pour the soup into bowls. We pour the sauce we prepared on it and serve it…
