Blarney Salad

The favorite among salads is the bean salad… There is no time or hour to eat the bean salad, which impresses everyone with its taste and will not burden you with its preparation. How about trying our recipe for blarney salad, which you can make whenever you want?

  • 5 cups Damla Dermason Beans
  • 1 red tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • Half bunch of parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • Half a tea glass of leak oil
  • 2 tablespoons grape vinegar
  • Just enough salt

We leave the beans in warm, slightly salty water overnight. Afterwards, we strain the water and start boiling it in the pot with water again. We can also add a small amount of salt to the boiling water. While the beans are boiling, we can start preparing the ingredients of the salad. We remove the skins of the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Then, we peel the onion and slice it thinly into crescent shapes. We rub the onions we cut with a little salt. We remove the seeds of the green pepper and chop it finely. We need to cut the parsley stems and mince them finely. We can now mix all the ingredients of our salad with the cooked beans. In a separate plate, we mix extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and salt thoroughly. We pour this mixture into the bean salad and mix it with a spoon.
