Green Lentils with Noodles

- 1 cup of Green Lentils
- Half a tea glass of noodles
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 green peppers
- 1 medium sized tomato
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Water
- Very little black pepper
We wash the lentils thoroughly and drain the water. We cook the lentils by adding water to cover them. When it reaches the boiling point, we remove it from the stove. Then we filter the black water and let it sit. We chop the onion, garlic and green pepper finely and fry them in olive oil. We add the peeled and cubed tomatoes and tomato paste and fry them. Then we add green lentils and noodles and mix. We add hot water, salt, black pepper and cumin so that it does not cover the lentils and cook over low heat. Now our food is ready to serve…
