- 150 gr. mince
- 1 Tea Glass of Fine Damla Bulgur for Meatballs
- Two Tablespoons of Flour
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2 Spoons of Olive Oil

- 1 Egg
- Salt, Pepper and Cumin
First of all, we start from the kneading stage. We mix minced meat and bulgur. We start the kneading process by adding eggs, salt and spices. We continue the kneading process for about seventeen minutes. Then, we cut small marble-shaped pieces from the kneaded mixture and roll them. We spread some flour on the grains with our hands. In this way, we prevent them from sticking to each other.
Now we can move on to the cooking stage. We fry the oil, tomato paste and diced onions in our cooking pot. After adding as much water as necessary, we wait for it to boil. Six glasses are enough. When the water boils, we add the meatballs you prepared into it. We close the lid of the pot and cook for about twenty minutes. Finally, we adjust the salt by checking the taste.
