Rice Salad
The favorite among salads is rice salad… There is no time or hour to eat rice salad, which impresses everyone with its taste and does not burden you with its preparation. How about trying our recipe for rice salad, which you can make whenever you want?
- 2 cups Damla Rice Osmancık
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 2.5 cups hot water
- 200 gr. canned corn
- 2 red peppers
- 1 tea glass of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tea glass of finely chopped dill
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 10 gherkins
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
We wash the rice, add enough hot water to cover it and let it sit for about twenty minutes. We drain the rice and fry it in olive oil for five minutes. We add hot water and salt to it, cook it on low heat and let it cool. We clean the spring onion and chop it finely. We clean the seeds of the red peppers, cut them into cubes and add them to our rice. We add corn, parsley, dill, finely chopped pickled gherkins, peas, lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper and mix it with our rice…
